The Hamburg Fish Market is a Hamburg Institution. It starts really early in the morning, so you can go stright there after a night on the town, for your rollmops (or hangover food) It finishes around 10 am so then you can go straight to church and confess your previous evenings sins on the nearby Reeperbahn! They have it all worked out, these Germans!
