It looks like we may have sold! 38 days on the market in this economic climate is not bad. Just a couple of loose ends to tie up on their part and then we will be off to Tim's shed at the back of the house, as the Granny Annexe is already booked out!!

Sorry, only noticed your news of Dec. 23 just now. No wonder I haven't heard from you, you must be really busy. And no, you don't need to move to the shed, I can do that.
It means we will all be together in one area? Wow! Good thing Katja decided not to come. It would have gotten a bit crowded.
