Green Tomato Chutney!!






We have had a funny summer, not much heat from above so I have an abundance of green tomatoes. The first batch I have processed, with good results, fourteen jars of chutney, and there will be more to come. But I have a good use for them, they increase the flavour of sauces and gravy so they won't be a waste/

How pretty the cut tomatoes look, and the centres are red, it is just the outsides which need colouring up.
