Today is a 29 degree day

 so we will not venture far today. 

As we didn't go down to The Taste of the Huon I have done my own bit of cooking, with a Tomato Tarte Tatin and a fresh strawberry flan with strawberries picked fresh this morning when I went up to the garden to water my new mini cauliflower and broccoli seedlings.   Need not have bothered though as we had a heavy dew overnight and everything was well wet.

Both look good enough to eat - I wouldn't mind having some of that strawberry tart right now.
And I've never tried a Tarte Tatin with Tomatoes. what kind of dough do you use?
