What is the difference beteween a ship and a boat?

A boat can fit on a ship BUT a ship can't fit on a boat!!

When I grow up I want to be a bin, not a has been!

We mustn't throw anything overboard so these are everywhere!

TAURANGA

Today we arrived at Tauranga

 we all got off the boat and went our separate ways!

I did a walk with Jos and Daphne this was looking back at the ship.

WELLINGTON

Today we arrived in Wellington straight off the ship to land today.

The Sea Shepherd is in town.

Back on board

 this was our dessert tonight.

AKAROA

had to get a boat from the ship to land and back.....

But we had a nice look around

Dunedin

Today we arrived at Dunedin, 

where you could take a shuttle bus 15km to town. I opted to get off the ship and enter a big marquee where there was free WiFi so I could keep you all updated.

this has been our first stop since Sydney last Wednesday and the ship is almost empty and lovely and quiet.......almost deserted.

Milford, Doubtful and Dusky Sound

Up at first light to visit the Sounds,

Milford, Doubtful and Dusky.

this is the exit to Dusky Sound, Captain Cook called these 

The Five Fingers.

Plenty to do on board throughout the day.....

whether it might be a spa and a dip in the pool

a trip to the gym

or some line dancing

a flutter at the casino

or a game of snooker on the gyroscopically controlled table where the table moves and the balls stay put!

or just sit with friends and enjoy a beer!

Big night tonight .....dinner with The Captain better do the washing!

Free drinks first so we had to dress up a bit!

Ken had the duck....hes had duck a lot lately he will soon start quacking!

 It was an English impersonator called Jonathon Clark, he was very good, better than last nights effort, 

which was marred by a couple of merry customers just behind us.

when we returned to our cabins we found they had been invaded by elephants and rabbits! 

at least i think it was a rabbit or was it a more laid back elephant? 

No their ears don't stick up like this! 

all depends on how much you have had to drink!!
