Zwiebelkuechen

My first attempt at Onion tart, substituted Buttermilk for Sour Cream so I hope I have not spoilt it!! All we need now is the new sweet wine, Prost

Na, denn mal Prost! Let me know if it worked with Buttermilk. I usually take half sour creme and half yoghurt, so buttermilk should do it as well.
