Thanks, but no thanks
I just cannot say No when anyone offers me fruit, and last week I expressed an interest in a friend's Crab Apple tree. Consequently the weekend found me turning one into the other! The resulting colour of the Jelly was very pleasing and now the store cupboard contains a few more jars to enjoy or be given away.

What a beautiful color of the jelly. No artificial colour I take it. You must be well set for the colder season to come
