We are slowly getting more Aussiefied! We are now the proud owners of a Webber BBQ so that we can cook alfresco. The first effort was this chicken which in my humble opinion was a bit overcooked and then we had Atlantic Salmon, which was good but again a bit more dried out than usual, then last night it was the turn of the humble lamb chop, with scallop potatoes and set potatoes, good. No smells in the kitchen, just a grill plate to clean with a very efficient wire brush, and THAT can be Ken's job!

Congratulations on your new acquisition. The chicken looks good enough to eat, doesn't show that it was a bit dry. Do you use the grill on the porch? or inside?
Oh, outside in the carport up to now, we could bring it round to the front if we wanted to, but there is to much point in taking up room there. It was nice today, sitting out there for Sunday lunch.
