Probus walk

It was a very pleasant walk to Boronia Beach ( also known as  The Nudie Beach)

I got them all sitting down

Time to renew my succulent pictures.

They were beginning to look a bit tatty so it was time to start all over again.
The first one I did from what little remained of its predecessor, hence the size of the plants, but for the second one I raided Heidi's which needed a good prune.   Hers puts mine to shame any day, but mine suffer from being under the eaves, and therefore don't get much water, whereas Heidi has hers out in the open.

Autumn is here

Our morning walks ( with Shirley, just resumed) are so colourful use days, but soon all the leaves will be gone and winter will be upon us.   Mind you, that is nowhere like as onorous as in England, we still have glorious sunny days if a bit chilly.

Back on track ( I hope)

This new App is not working for me.   I spent ages the other night doing an up to date post then lost it. I will try to keep it simple and keep it regular and not be so ambitious with photos and then maybe I can keep you up to date.

About time too!

Monday was the first day of my new life!
I did something for myself!  Together with Heidi I went to Hobart to The Long Gallery to see an exhibition of things made out of Trash.

Afterwards we took The Travelscoot into Hobart and had an interesting time venturing into Spotlight where Heidi bought material.
Ken meanwhile was at his monthly Probus meeting with friend Jos.
Life has changed a bit since Ken's health took a turn for the worse earlier this year, culminating in two stays in hospital, the second one lasting three weeks and then a further two weeks in Rehab.
