Recent walk with Probus

My job leading the walks comes to an end tomorrow.   I have managed to find someone to take over and after tomorrow I look forward to just being a follower, instead of the leader!

This was our last walk on the Eastern Shore.

We spent the last couple of days down on the Tasman Peninsula at the Ecovillage that we came to once before in 2014 with neighbours Shirley and Marge.   Not a lot has changed, got a bit scruffier but there was not much to do so at least I had a rest.   Glad to be back home though, too quiet for me.

Mens Probus Lunch!

Ken's turn to produce the lunch finally came round, so with a little help from yours truly he managed to produce the old Apple Valley Teahouse special of HOMITY Pie.   Got a few compliments so he was happy.

Scenic Sausage Sizzle

Yesterday there were 23 of us out on the grass opposite, enjoying a sausage, some sunshine and some company.

A little depleted this month, down to three of us celebrating Margaret's birthday at Peppermint Bay.
